Skrudzas Terms of Service

By using Skrudzas ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Skrudzas is a private personal finance tracker developed and operated by AppAtlas ("we", "us", "our").

1. Financial Disclaimer

Skrudzas is a personal budgeting and tracking tool. It is not a bank, a payment service, or a provider of financial, tax, or investment advice. Figures shown are for your own information and may lag or differ from your bank's records. Always rely on your bank or a qualified professional for financial decisions.

2. Account Connections & Authorization

• You may connect only accounts that you own or are lawfully authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you connect.
• Bank connections use open banking (PSD2) via a licensed provider and areread-only: Skrudzas retrieves transactions and balances and never initiates payments or transfers.
• Access requires your explicit consent and strong customer authentication at your bank, and that consent expires periodically (about every 180 days) until you renew it. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Skrudzas for personal, non-commercial finance tracking. You agree not to:

• Connect accounts you are not authorized to access
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to access other users' or households' data
• Use automated tools to abuse the API or the connected providers

4. Accounts

Sign-in is via Authly ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Skrudzas is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy. You retain ownership of your financial data, and you can export or delete it at any time.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Skrudzas available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Automatic sync depends on third-party providers (your bank, Enable Banking, PayPal) and may be delayed or unavailable; you can always import data manually via file upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Skrudzas, including any reliance on figures displayed. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
