MigraTap Terms of Service

By downloading or using MigraTap ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. MigraTap is developed and operated by AppAtlas ("we", "us", "our").

1. Medical Disclaimer

MigraTap is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information recorded in this app.

2. Use of the App

You may use MigraTap for personal, non-commercial migraine tracking. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to store or transmit malicious content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated tools to interact with the API

3. Accounts

Account creation (via Authly ID) is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of MigraTap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app.

5. Availability

We strive to keep MigraTap available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The cloud sync service may experience downtime for maintenance. The app's offline functionality is not affected by server availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MigraTap. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
